Completely useless Karrimor hiking boots after four months with little use, superlative metal lace hook bankrupt & customer service of karrimor wont help at all. Later chatting in emails with "Danish" a representative of the company, we sorted out the engagement purchased & and so i was told its not their problem pretty much & then told to "accept a prissy 24-hour interval". Ive became a repeat customer of karrimor & left high & dry out with useless boots however under warranty, the quality really isnt in that location & i advise you remember twice earlier ownership their products due to useless client assistance.

Purchased some Karrimor boots with the Dynagrip sole, After five months of limited utilise the heels are completely worn down to midsole! The tops are as new desperately permit downwardly by the useless soles! DO NOT BUY! Go for Vibram or other hard-wearing products.

Bought a pair of the snow boots for my trip to Iceland. Which was much delayed because of the Covid pandemic. They split near the boots eyelets on the second wearable, rendering them useless on my trip.
I was unable to locate my receipt.but sent photographs of the barely worn boots to customer service & explained.
A farce of a two week conversation ensued, where I had to jump through hoops & provide an contained study stating the boots had a manufacturer fault so I could receive a partial refund/replacement.
Which I did.
Which was a complete waste of time.
My reply was if we'd never corresponded & basically told hard luck!
A complete shambolic visitor who have lost my custom in futurity. They're a total disgrace that sell inferior products. Non fit for purpose & have no customer service. They shouldn't be trading with all the complaints I've just read through.

I bought my Karrimor Hot Rock walking boots six months ago and the sole is now coming away from the upper boot, very disapointed with these, i expected better as the sole is hardley worn.

BEWARE! Absolute Rip off and con job, bought a rucksack on Karrimor site for £39.99, item was sent by parent company "Sports Direct" and included a 50% discount label for £19.99. Informed Karrimor and they gave a load of lies and garbage excuses. No wonder the possessor of "Sports Straight" is a multi-millionaire with scams like this. Karrimor IS SportsDirect. One star is far to much at that place should besides be a rating for Minus Nix!
Inadequate boots
I bought a pair of bluish hiking boots in white water shopping centre I Newbridge co Kildare in the Democracy of Ireland, 1 week after a lace eyelet snapped off, 2 days later another popped off. I alive in Belfast so inconvient to render them, I sent a bulletin and picture to their head role giving details of my purchase and uploaded a picture. I received a very blunt response stating they were unwilling to help me, I bought these boots in good faith, I intended to were them on a 340 walk for Marie curie, am totally disappointed and saddened past their lack of care, I would never buy their products again, they lasted 1 week
Bought the karrimor skiddaw boots
Bought the karrimor skiddaw boots. RRP price of £100 ( you can always pick them up for between £45 and £50 ). Done roughly 20 miles of hill walking and the seam on the sidewalls of each boot has split and come abroad from the upper. If I conduct on using them, the sole will completely come away. Karrimor aren't the Karrimor they used to be. They used to exist a well recommended and trusty bit of kit before sports direct bought them out. Stay well clear.

Hot Rock Leather five WeatherTile - Leaking Water
I brought Karrimor Hot Stone Leather v WeatherTile around 1 month agone from sport direct. Information technology was supposed to be a waterproof boot simply from my first hike I was so upset with them, My feet fingers are is completely moisture.
It was a waste material of money. I'll never buy Karrimor again.

I fairly recently bought a pair of Supa 5 walking shoes and a pair of Mount Mid textile boots from a discount shop and I accept had nothing but trouble with both.
With the shoes three problems, excessive wear on the sole material, snapped lace loop and comfort insole moves when walking.
With the boots it'due south the comfort insole moving and leaking later on only two trips!
Very poor build quality but worse is the terrible client service.
I take Karrimor products from thirty years ago that are nonetheless going strong but recently they are terrible

I bought Karimoor walking boots from Sportsdirect online in 2019. The shoes look nice with skilful materials just gives me lot of hurting in my legs afterwards walking in the woods even for around 6 miles. Also if y'all walk on road they are very uncomfortable and hurt the heels. I need to get another pair as I really practice non look forward to the walk in these shoes.

I bought a pair of karrimor hot rock size 9 trainers from sports direct. The sole started coming away the residuum of the shoe within a 6 months. I had non used them more than a dozen times due to all the lockdowns etc and they nonetheless looked like new every bit they began to fall apart. Got nowhere with sports straight or karrimor who I get the impression are the same visitor ? I have ended up glueing them back together with plenty of araldite!!! A very very poor quality detail that in all honesty I strongly recommend you avoid like the plague. AVOID !!

SHODDY PRODUCTS OF POOR QUALITY
Ive never bought a Karrimor product before July of this year (2021) Two identical pairs of trainers from Sport Directly, which I only clothing indoors. Both pairs fell apart at the soles in less than iii months of wear/purchase.
I usually wear Nike which I'll get 1-2 years of use.
Getting whatever satisfaction from Karrimor's customer service is zero but a fourth dimension wasting runaround. They'll limited their empty apologies, ask you lot to transport photos, but to then tell y'all to get in a store for a refund, despite you lot already telling them the shop wouldn't entertain that.
You'll merely go around in circles with these people.
I will NEVER buy annihilation from this visitor once again. This was the first and last time. They're disgraceful.
Cheap and Cheerful Hot Rock Shoes
Final December I bought a pair of Karrimor walking shoes and by September the soles on both had completely come up away from the shoe so I took them dorsum to the store only to exist told they but guarantee footwear for 6 months and to contact the manufacturer. Contacted Karrimor(part of Sports Directly) who asked for photos of the damage then went quiet. Eventually received an email from someone from Sports Directly who ,judging by the contents had no idea what I had put in my original communication, basically maxim its not our problem take them back to the store. I replied pointing out I had already tried to do this and the response I received was yes the store is correct and they are no longer under guarantee so they manifestly hadnt read my original submission. Will certainly think twice before ownership footwear from them again.
Hot Rock boots .... useless! Do not buy
Extremely disappointing! I bought my married man a pair of Hot Rock boots and they seemed quite good then I bought a pair for myself. After virtually viii months my husbands boots separate - the upper came away from the sole. Thinking it was a one off I didn't carp to complain but glued them back together and bought him another pair. Shortly after, the exact aforementioned thing happened to mine then I contacted customer services and sent them a photo. I was subsequently told I would accept to go them inspected by a specialist and send the inspection written report to customer services. I explained that this would mean me doing a minimum of a 100 mile round trip but they were insistent this was the only way to go any sort of refund.
These boots are useless ..... not only do they split simply they are not waterproof either.
